What We Repair

Chimney Crown Repair & Rebuild

Cracked or poorly constructed crowns are one of the most common causes of chimney leaks. We repair minor damage with CrownCoat sealant or rebuild the crown entirely with proper slope and drip edge to prevent long-term moisture intrusion.

Masonry Repairs

We restore damaged brickwork and deteriorating mortar joints with professional tuckpointing, brick replacement, and full masonry restoration. Our repairs blend seamlessly with your existing structure and restore both function and appearance.

Stainless Steel Chimney Liners

We install UL-listed stainless steel liners to restore flue integrity, improve draft, and bring older or damaged chimneys back up to code. Ideal for systems with tile flue damage, liner failure, or heating appliance upgrades.

Flashing Repair & Replacement

We remove rusted or ineffective flashing and install properly integrated step and counter flashing systems to stop water infiltration at the roofline—one of the most overlooked and leak-prone areas of the chimney system.

Chase Cover Replacement

Prefab and wood-framed chimney systems rely on chase covers to keep water, debris, and animals out. We replace rusted or poorly installed covers with custom-fabricated stainless steel units designed for watertight performance and long-term protection.

Creosote Removal Treatment

PCR (Poultice Creosote Remover) is not a structural repair—it's a specialty chemical treatment used to remove glazed (Stage 3) creosote from flue walls when standard sweeping isn’t enough. This is often needed in neglected chimneys or systems burning unseasoned wood. We apply the poultice, allow it to dry, and return to safely remove the breakdown without damaging the liner.

Why Prompt Repairs Matter?

Delaying chimney repairs can lead to more serious—and costly—issues: structural damage, carbon monoxide leaks, chimney fires, and extensive interior water intrusion. Timely, professionally executed repairs prevent these risks and help protect your home, your fireplace, and your family.
